A new 15 storey office development close to the Liver Building on Albert Dock. This was a 12th floor shell which we developed into the new Liverpool office to meet the needs of the rapidly expanding Broadway Malyan who are a very well renowned international firm of architects who rightly demand the highest standard of finishes and details. Their requirement for clean lines and symmetry combined with high quality leaves little room for compromise within this minimalist fit out.

The same high standards as Liverpool combined with a grade 2 listed shell gave us a different challenge to satisfy the need for functionality, a desire for a contemporary image and rigid guide lines set out by conservationists. Many of the high-performance partition walls are finished with a top section of flush twin glazing to give the appearance that the outer fabric of the development is not compromised. Full height glass partitions, with a very minimal track detail, which in many places are hidden by other finishes, gives the feeling of uncomplicated space.

We wanted to reflect the ethos and imagery of this brand in our workmanship, creating feature MF ceilings incorporating a complex recessed chain link design and large elliptical features both with detailed lighting troughs.

Margot is an Italian restaurant situated in the heart of Covent Garden. They strive to provide a welcoming and elegant service in a timeless setting. We brought to life their desire to create something truly distinctive after installing a lattice beam feature ceiling constructed from MF ceiling to the ground floor dining area and a layered MF ceiling with feature lighting troughs to the basement dining area

Walney Extension offshore wind farm is located approx. 15km west of Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria, off the North-West coast of England. It is the world's largest offshore wind farm, consisting of 207 turbines installed in two phases, Walney I and Walney II. It delivers 659MW, enough to power up more than 590,000 homes in the UK.

We were engaged to install high specification separating and full height fire rated partition walls with complex deflection head details, Wall linings and fire claddings to all steelwork, MF and under linings built to strict tolerances to the on-shore substation at Heysham completing the fit out to a strict deadline.
